Every engagement with Yarra Tech Group follows the same shape. We publish it so compliance-bound practices can review the method before committing and compare it with other options. If the shape doesn't fit your practice, that is useful to know before we are both invested.
The flow

Each step carries a duration, a fee, and a defined output. Scroll to follow the path.
Scoping call
A call with the principal or decision-maker. We hear your operational problems, understand your tooling, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we point you elsewhere. Output is a yes or no on proceeding to the Workflow Audit. Thirty minutes of the principal's time, nothing more.
Workflow Audit
Structured review of your processes, systems, and bottlenecks. Week one: scoping, access, observation. Week two: synthesis, walkthrough, final report. You receive a process map, ranked automation shortlist, phased rollout plan, and fixed implementation pricing. Three to four hours from the principal; two to three from one other team member. The $1,500 is credited against your first Build.
Automation Build
The workflows agreed at the Audit, built one to three at a time. Native features in your existing tools first. Exception handling included. Documentation your team owns. Workflow owner commits one to two hours per week, plus testing in handover week. Output: shipped workflows, runbook, training.
Handover and 30-day stabilisation
We hand over documentation, training, and access. Your team runs the workflow for thirty days while we monitor, tune, and field questions. Adjustments in this window are included in the Build price. One to two hours of team training; nothing else. Output is a workflow your team runs without our daily involvement.
Support plan, if you want it
Optional monthly plan. Monitoring, API-change patching, AI-module upkeep, adjustment hours. Named contact during your industry's crunch periods. Time commitment: none, by design. Output: a workflow that keeps running on a predictable cost. Not mandatory; many practices stop here.

What this method is not.
a discovery → proposal → upsell funnel. The Audit is the deliverable, and it is paid for.
flexible on the sequence. We don't skip the Audit. We don't compress the 30-day stabilisation. We don't ship without exception handling.
