Legal practices
Australian law firms providing legal services to clients, regulated by state Law Societies.
For Your Industry · Australia-wide, based in Melbourne
Not every Australian SMB runs a brokerage, agency, or accounting firm. The three above are where our domain literacy is deepest, but the engagement model is industry-agnostic. If you have a workflow problem, a compliance environment, and a brief to describe them, we can often help. The Workflow Audit is where we find out.
Three core industries is not an exclusive club. The methodology travels. The domain literacy is built at the Audit. Every engagement, whatever the sector, follows the same shape: Audit, fixed-price proposal, Build, handover, then an optional monthly Support plan. What varies is how much time we spend at the Audit learning your sector specifics.
Example sectors
A list of Australian SMB sectors where the engagement model maps cleanly. Your sector may not be on it. That does not disqualify you. The Audit is where we confirm.
Australian law firms providing legal services to clients, regulated by state Law Societies.
Licensed AFSL holders or authorised representatives providing personal financial advice, regulated by ASIC.
Intermediaries placing insurance cover across multiple insurers on behalf of clients, regulated by ASIC.
Registered providers of physiotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy, podiatry, and similar AHPRA-regulated services.
Boutique professional-services firms delivering project or retainer-based advisory work.
Australian SMBs in electrical, plumbing, building, gas, HVAC, and similar trades, with on-site work and compliance certification.
Pain points that travel
Five pains recur across the sectors above. The methodology travels even when the domain does not. Each row tags the sectors where the pattern shows up most.
Form to portal to CRM to compliance record to first task. Every handoff a place the work stalls. We collapse the chain into one continuous flow.
Inbound PDFs, scans, photos, forms. Unread until someone has time. Time nobody has. We extract structured data; a human approves where it matters before it lands.
Invoice generation, payment matching, statement assembly, exception flagging. The numbers reconcile only after someone spends a day on it. We pipeline the lot.
Data lives in five tools. The report exists only after someone spends a day stitching it. We build the pipeline so the action is the data, not the deck.
What the regulator wants is real, recurring, and documented somewhere. Just not in one place. We capture, retain, and produce on request, throughout the year.

If your stack is not on this list, raise it at the scoping call. We will tell you honestly whether we have touched it, can scope it cleanly at the Audit, or need to point you elsewhere.
Pricing at a glance
Only the Workflow Audit is fixed-priced. Build, AI, retrofit, and plan figures are indicative starting prices that can shift for unfamiliar platforms or sector-specific compliance. Your specific pricing is fixed at the end of the Audit.
Common questions
Yes. The three above are our core industries because that is where our domain literacy is deepest, but the engagement model is industry-agnostic. Adjacent AU SMB sectors where this maps cleanly include legal practices, financial advisors and planners, insurance brokerages, allied health practices, consulting and advisory SMBs, and trades businesses. Your sector may not be on that list either. The Workflow Audit is where we confirm the workflow problem is one we can scope and that the compliance and tooling environment is one we can navigate. If it is not, we say so at the end of the Audit.
Depends on the workflow. For document extraction, drafting with review, classification, and reconciliation, the structure of the work matters more than the domain. For anything that touches outputs specific to your sector, regulated or otherwise, we either build the domain depth we need at the Audit or decline honestly. Either outcome is a fair result from the Audit.
Tell us at the scoping call. We work inside the major orchestration layers (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate) and common Australian SMB tools. For a platform we have not touched, the Audit includes the due diligence required to scope the work on it. If we cannot scope confidently, we tell you directly rather than guessing.
The scoping call. 30 minutes with a principal, free, no paperwork. We confirm, or not, that your workflow problem is in our shape and that the platform and compliance environment is one we can handle. If we are not the right practice, we say so directly at that call. The Audit does not begin until both sides are confident.
No. Every engagement follows the same model and the same discipline: Audit, fixed-price proposal, Build, handover, then optional monthly Support plan. Named contact, same SLAs, same review surface. Where we will invest extra time is in any sector-specific compliance or platform learning we need to deliver defensibly.
