Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These terms govern your use of the Yarra Tech Group website (yarratechgroup.com.au) and any services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

YTG provides workflow automation and AI-assisted operations services for small professional services firms. All engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed in writing between YTG and the client. These terms apply in addition to any SOW.

Intellectual Property

Documentation, runbooks, credentials, and operational deliverables produced during a client engagement are the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Source code, prompts, model configurations, and underlying implementation artefacts remain the property of Yarra Tech Group Pty Ltd and are licensed to the client for use under the SOW. YTG retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and non-client-specific methodologies developed during engagements. The YTG name, logo, and website content remain the property of Yarra Tech Group Pty Ltd.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed before any data exchange occurs. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, YTG's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is current or error-free. Statistics and figures cited on this website are sourced from publicly available industry research and are provided for general reference only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
